This is the place to communicate all your ministry's events and announcements to the church on Wednesday evenings following Bible Study and Worship-On-Wednesday. Wednesday announcements are to be submitted using this form or typed (if possible) and placed in the mailbox under "Announcements" in the church administration office no later than Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. In the event you are unable to type the announcement, please use "FPT Church Announcements Form" in the church administration office. These announcements may be non-ministry specific.

For each event you list below, please be sure to provide the following:

  • A complete description of the event
  • Date, time and location
  • Any special instructions
  • Who can be contacted for more information
