is a native of Greenville, North Carolina. She accepted the Lord as her personal Savior at the age of 16, and worked faithfully with the youth in her church.

Pastor Sandra Stepney accepted the call to Ministry in October 1997. She joins her husband, Elder Reginald Stepney, Sr. Pastor in the Ministry and the call to begin a local church, Fulfilled Promise Tabernacle (FPT), in the City of Raleigh. FPT was birthed from a campus ministry in January 2000, in obedience to God to reach the harvest of souls in Raleigh and the Nations. She is a Professional Engineer in the Civil Engineering discipline and has worked in this field over 20 years. She is also a graduate of North Carolina State University. Pastor Sandra also serves as Director of the Women’s Ministry at Fulfilled Promise Tabernacle, overseeing Team Directors and Cell Leaders. Pastor Sandra is a conference and workshop speaker, encouraging women to step out into ministry and fulfill God’s purpose for their lives.

Pastors Stepney endeavor to reach the City of Raleigh and even the Nations with the Gospel, and God’s original plan for all people as found in Genesis 1 & 2. Pastors Stepney have been happily married for 25 years. They have two daughters, Krista and Regina, and a host of spiritual sons and daughters.
